Dr. Block & Dr. Coyner are pleased to participate in the Annual Give Kids A Smile Event. A Dental Care Program for Underserved Children Ages 0-18 Years Old

Treatment Day will be February 9, 2013 9AM-1PM. 

Dr. Block’s Office: 3519 56th Street Northwest, Suite 140

Treatment is by Appointment Only.

This event is free and space is limited call Jennifer Bunch for an appoitment. Office # 253 272-1101
