The Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce is hosting its Annual Legislative Forum on Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, at the Gig Harbor Campus of Tacoma Community College, located at 3993 Hunt Street NW, Gig Harbor. The reception will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a meet and greet session followed by the legislators speaking on current issues and wrapping up with a question and answer session.
Our legislators are looking for input from the business community so that they may better understand your concerns and needs going into the 2013 Legislative Session. Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss their concerns and issues face to face with Washington State Legislators from the 26th District along with many other county and local representatives who will also be attending.
This will be another critical legislative session for Washington businesses, so please plan to attend. If you are not paying close attention to what is going on at all levels of government you are not managing your business.
The event is free and open to the public, but reservations are requested to accommodate food and beverage needs.
