Donate Food and Toys to Gig Harbor FISH Food Bank This Holiday Season

The Gig Harbor Peninsula FISH Food Bank will be accepting food and new unwrapped toys this holiday season to help the local low-income families.

The Gig Harbor Peninsula FISH Food Bank is asking residents to donate food and new unwrapped toys this holiday season to help the local low-income families.

Starting Monday, Nov. 26, through Dec. 14, the food bank will be accepting applications for the Christmas baskets and toys.

Low-income families are encouraged to apply at the Gig Harbor location (4425 Burnham Drive) noon until closing on its open days. See below for business hours.

Applicant must provide:

  • Picture ID
  • Proof of residence in Gig Harbor
  • Proof of Income

The food bank will distribute the toys on Dec. 14 and Dec. 17. Food Baskets will be handed out on Dec. 19 and 20. **By appointment only.

Food and new unwrapped toys can be delivered to the Food Bank during open hours. Donations can also be dropped off at donation barrels at:

  • Fire Station #59 - 3828 62nd Ave. Ct. NW
  • Fire Station #51 - 6711 Kimball Dr.
  • Gig Harbor City Hall - 3510 Grandview St.

The Gig Harbor Peninsula FISH Food Bank has been distributing donated Christmas Food Baskets to families in Gig Harbor for 25 years. The volunteer-run organization is asking local residents to help volunteer for the Christmas Basket and Toy Drives. For more information, call  253-858-6179.

Monday: 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Holidays: Closed
