Actor Josh Lucas will be kicking things off at this year’s Gig Harbor Film Festival.
The Gig Harbor High School grad will be at the festival’s Kick Off Party on Thursday, Oct. 18.
The public is invited to meet the actor between 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Galaxy Theatre, where he will be screening his starring role film, Red Dog, followed with Q&A.
The fun continues at Canterwood Golf & Country Club as guests enjoy appetizers, music, photo opportunities and meet the filmmakers.
Lucas will receive “The Reel Magic Award,” given to those who give back to their community.
