Poll: Get Stuffed, Yam it Up or Stick with the Bird
What's the Thanksgiving Day dish that you go absolutely gaga over?
The cost of a traditional Thanksgiving Day dinner is up this year, by about 13 percent according to American Farm Bureau Federation. But most of us aren't about to let that put a damper on the holiday.
No other holiday is as intimately food-centric as Thanksgiving, a hearth-and-home event where family and friends gather together to stake stock of what they have and then chow down on the feast that's been spread out before them.
The basic menu lineup remains the same — turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, cranberries, pumpkin pie. But everyone has a favorite that they've begun pining for days before dinner is actually served.

Personally, mine is stuffing. I've perfected my recipe over the years and make enough to ensure there's plenty left over to eat straight from the fridge for several days afterward.
