Wheels on the Water: Car Show Coming to Maritime Gig Festival
The inaugural Wheels on the Water car show will debut Sunday, June 2.
With the annual Maritime Gig Festival approaching less than a month away, the event organizers just announced the addition of a car show to the weekend-long celebration.
The event will be called "Wheels on the Water" due to its close proximity to the waterfront on Harborview Drive.
Cars will be on display from 11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, on Harborview Drive between Pioneer Way and Rosedale Street.

Those who would like to display their vehicle should pre-register now as space is guaranteed only to the first 40!
The registration fee is $10, and the event is free to the public. Vehicle participants can get their pre-registration form and all the necessary details online at www.maritimegig.com.

Trophies will be awarded in up to 10 categories with judging beginning at noon. Award will be presented to the winning entries at 2:45 p.m. on stage at Skansie Brothers Park.
The Maritime Gig Festival is an annual two-day event presented on the first weekend of June by the Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce.
