Plicata Press Launch and Book Signing at Morso

Plicata Press hosts four of their authors with a book signing on May 12th from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Plicata Press is a cooperative publisher located in Gig Harbor , Washington and currently features the works of local authors: Erne Lewis, Kathleen O'Brien, Colleen Slater and Jan Walker, Editor of Plicata Press. The authors will be reading from their works and books will be available for sale.

 Erne Lewis

An Act of Self-Defense is a political thriller issued in Fall 2010. Jan Walker

Colleen Slater

Blue Deer offers Four Generations of Poetry that begins with author Colleen Slater's father's poem penned in 1945 in his native Scots dialect. This work serves as a family portrait with contributions by Slater, one of her sons and three of her grandchildren.
