Wine 101: Sensory Perception through Component Tasting at Morso

We are asked all the time to offer an introduction to wine tasting.  Here is our first course and it is focused on understanding how your individual senses are stimulated by flavors and smells found in wine.  This is a hands on approach where you will examine smells and tastes from common items and then relate them directly to wines tasted during the class.  $15/person
