Wine and Swine at Morso

Next Friday isn’t just another wine tasting at Morso, it’s our Wine and Swine sit down pairing! We are exploring the great variety of salumi and pairing it with great wines so you can determine which you like best. This is based on a class I attended at the Aspen Food and Wine program a long time ago with Danny Meyer (yes the “King of All Things Pork”). We have seats for 20 people and it is only $...15/person, ...so call now for your reservation (530-3463). It starts at 6 pm Friday Night so come in and enjoy. At the end, we will have learned about our individual preferences regarding how basic flavors and salt, sweet, hot, spicy and fat play together. Some of the salumi we will sample are prosciutto, speck, coppa, american prosciutto, mortadella, serrano ham, salami and soppressata.

We’ve removed the ability to reply as we work to make improvements. Learn more here
