According to Lyman, Brix 25 offers its brunch menu only twice a year: Easter and Mother’s Day, which happens to be one of the busiest days of the year.
He said the restaurant uses its Easter menu to test out some of the dishes for Mother’s Day.
In fact, one of the most popular dishes from the Easter brunch menu was the Huevos Rancheros. The black bean refritos with chorizo, avocado cream, spicy salsa and cotija cheese is supposedly filled with “ridiculously best flavors”, according to the chef. The entrée will be available again for Mother’s Day.
In addition, you and your mom won’t be disappointed with . It now features new wall colors, lighting fixtures and pieces of Northwest artwork from a local artist.
Lyman said there are limited spots available so make sure to book a reservation.
Brunch menu (see attached) is available from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 13.
