'Earth's Best' Organic Soy Baby Formula Pulled from Shelves at Fred Meyer, QFC

Earth's Best brand of organic soy baby formula has been pulled from the shelves of Fred Meyer and QFC after a Kirkland resident bought a container and realized a cheaper brand's label was underneath.

Earth's Best Organic Infant Soy Formula has been pulled from the shelves of QFC and Fred Meyer stores across the region after a shopper bought a container and realized it had been tampered with, according to KOMO News.

The Kirkland resident bought a container and realized the Earth's Best Organic label had a cheaper brand's label underneath it.

The spokeswoman for Kroger, the parent company of both QFC and Fred Meyer, told KOMO News that the product has been pulled from the shelves of all 233 stores. There is a black market for these types of products, she said, but it's unclear at this time how the product made Kroger's shelves.

Anyone who has bought the Earth's Best Organic Soy Infant Formula is asked to return it to the store for a refund or another product.
