WHAT SHOULD GO HERE: Former Northwest Snowboards Location

The space next to Toadilly Scrappin' is currently vacant after Northwest Snowboards recently closed its location in Gig Harbor.

You ever drive past an empty storefront or building and say, "You know what they should put there ...?"

Well, so do we.

That's why today, Gig Harbor Patch has produced another piece in which we can discuss what should go in these empty spots.

There's nothing scientific about this, nor does it have any bearing on what will eventually go in these locations. Heck, there could already be a tenant-in-waiting that we don't even know about.

But we now ask you, Gig Harbor Patch users: What should go here, at the former location on Kimball Drive.

After serving the community for more than 20 years, the family-owned business closed its Gig Harbor location in August. The store is still available in .

I'm not sure if the building and parking is big enough for Trader Joe's.

I think Gig Harbor could use a cheap pho place.

I'm voting for the pho place.

Fabric and sewing notions or crafting supplies! It would make sense next to Toadilly Scrappin' and we have nothing like it in the Harbor. With Kinza, Subway, BK and Gateway to India nearby, we don't need another food place in the same location.
