PHOTOS: Top 20 Costumes at Trick-or-Treat in the Harbor

Gig Harbor editor shares her favorite Halloween costumes at the Trick-or-Treat in the Harbor event on Wednesday.

Despite the rain, hundreds of trick-or-treaters came out for the annual Trick-or-Treat in the Harbor event on Wednesday.

As I walked around downtown Gig Harbor, I came across so many creative and adorable costumes that local kids and their parents wore to the event.

Here are my top 20 memorable costumes from this year’s Halloween.

Gig Harbor Historic Waterfront Association, which sponsored the event, even surprised trick-or-treaters with a flash mob in front of Skansie Brothers Park. Around 5 p.m., a group of kids danced to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”.

Check out the video above.

Feel free to upload your photos from Halloween.

Make sure to visit Gig Harbor Patch Facebook page for more photos from Trick or Treat in the Harbor.
