Report: Rush To Bring 'Bellesara' Development To Gig Harbor

The neighborhood at Skansie Avenue and Hunt Street Northwest will include 31 homes and 10 acres, according to a newspaper report.

Rush is making another imprint in Gig Harbor.

This time, it's 31 homes on 10 acres at Skansie Avenue and Hunt Street Northwest.

The News Tribune's Kathleen Cooper reported today on her blog that the developer is building a neighborhood called "Bellesara." Rush already has developed homes in Canterwood, as well as the Harbor Crossing neighborhood.

The newspaper reports that homes will measure between 2,600 and 3,000 square feet. They will cost 400,000-$450,000.

What do you think, Gig Harbor? Will Bellesara be a good fit for the area?
