DON'T Purchase Your Next Home Without Looking Into An Equity Investment – HOME BUYER WORKSHOP

If you can say “yes” to any of the following questions then you should attend the HomeStreet Bank, Chicago Title & First REX “REX HomeBuyer” Workshop:

• I have 10% down payment/equity in my current home and curious if that equity is better off in a new property, will it grow faster?

• I am not finding the right house but if I could buy “just a little more house” or buy in a specific neighborhood by doubling my down payment, I would be interested.

• I view my home as an investment and would rather keep my cash liquid, working for me and/or my business, rather than tie it up where I cannot access it without borrowing against it. 

• I want to buy my next home without paying private mortgage insurance (PMI).

• I want to conserve my cash reserves after closing for personal reasons and/or to assist in qualifying for the mortgage loan.

• I can afford the monthly loan payment on the home I want, but I don’t have enough cash for a 20% down to 25% down payment (Jumbo Loan Requirements). 

• I want to buy now while interest rates are low and before home prices return to previous levels, but you haven't saved enough for a down payment.

The cash we provide is not a loan. It is an equity investment in your home. We charge NO interest, and you make NO monthly payments. Except for a transaction fee, you typically pay FirstREX NOTHING until you decide to sell your home, up to 30 years later. Instead, we earn a return on our investment by sharing in the price movement of your home - up OR down. Depending on the future value of your home, we can make a profit or incur a loss. Typically when we make a profit, you make a profit but we do not share in your equity and/or home improvements.
