The Joy of Grace is a unique blend of yoga and meditation which helps you to live your life as a powerful, graceful, refined, dynamic, and strong spiritual being. This practice and discipline brings you self-esteem, radiance, physical glow and flow, and grace to face the challenges of life.
There is no fee for this class, however donations are greatly appreciated.
