26 is National Make a Difference Day (MDD).
On this day, across the nation, millions of Americans will come together in a common mission to improve their communities. On this day, our Gig Harbor
& Key Peninsula community has come together to plan the first ever GHKP
Make a Difference Day celebration of its own. Our community’s
foundation, the Greater Gig Harbor Foundation, working together with leaders
from the Key Peninsula Community Council, Gig Harbor Fish Food Bank, Harbor
WildWatch, and many others has planned a local campaign at their temporary MDD
headquarters in the WestSide Business Center at 3214 50th Street Ct.
NW, Suite 104 adjacent to Uptown Gig Harbor. There is still
