Harbor Hounds is a Charity Dog Walk between two locations with sponsor tents, food and entertainment. Sponsors will have booths in Skansie Brothers Park and Eddon Boat Park. Dog walkers walk between the two parks, passing sponsored watering holes along the way. Registered walkers will get their Grand Prize Raffle Ticket stamped by vendors in both parks to validate that they completed the walk and to qualify for the grand prize drawing (you not need be present at the drawing to win).
All proceeds go to support Prison Pet Partnership and other charities and projects supported by the Rotary Club of Gig Harbor Midday.
The 2013 Harbor Hounds Charity Dog Walk is presented by Chambers Creek Pet Memorial Park at New Tacoma Cemeteries.
The walk is held rain or shine, but we are counting on shine.
