Most Scenic Marathon In The Northwest Benefits Local Children in Need
Local, Ginger Gruber of Port Orchard wanted a marathon in her home town. Ginger decided to call upon Route 16's owner Miguel Galeana and race director Tony Seabolt. The first race of The Yukon Do It Marathon, was in 2009. With the help of Tony Seabolt the first year was a success, raised a trailer full of food donations and funds for children in need in Port Orchard. Not only does this marathon benefit the community of Port Orchard it has been considered the most scenic marathon in the Northwest.
Sunday, December 29, 2013 will be the 4th annual race!

All finishers get a medal to show their accomplishment.
