SeniorFit Fitness Program
Registration now open for our first SeniorFit fitness program. This program will be begin April 5, and run every Saturday from 9-10am. Classes are geared towards those age 55 and over and will feature scaled versions of CrossFit workouts. CrossFit can help prevent muscle loss and injury in aging seniors and build strength that crosses over to other areas of your life. This class is for all levels and will be led by a Level 1 CF instructor and licensed nurse. Price is $75 for 6 sessions.
