Gig Harbor Arbor Day Set For Saturday
The Gig Harbor Arbor Day celebration will take place at Peninsula High School from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
The annual Arbor Day celebration is inviting the community to come plant trees at Peninsula High School this Saturday, April 27, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The free event, sponsored by the Gig Harbor Peninsula Arbor Day Org, will be providing a free tree to plant at Peninsula High School Common.
There will be free refreshments, and an arborist will be present to answer any tree questions.

The event also offers plenty of entertainment including kid-friendly activities, music by the Harbor Heights Orca singers, art booths and raffle drawings.
