Insurance 101- Cha-Cha-Changes

There have been a lot of changes lately here at The Urvina Insurance Agency. June 30th was my last day that our agency was affiliated with Farmers Insurance. The time came when I felt the need to truly represent my client and not a single company.


We move forward with the ability to represent several insurers. We now represent Safeco, Travelers, The Hartford, GMAC, Progressive and MetLife to name a few.


Just like you and your family, every insurance company is different. Every insurance company has different strengths. So instead of only having one company to meet your insurance needs, now I can match your needs with a particular company's strength.


This strength could be a particular coverage you are looking for, or simply the best premium for the coverage you want. Now I can focus on my client and find the best fit for you.


I plan to continue to post helpful insurance tips on this blog in the future. As always if you have any questions about anything insurance, feel free to call or email me. I like to be a resource to the community, even if you don't have your insurance with our agency.
