Debbie,

Now that the dust has settled, Laury and I wanted to thank you and your Evergreen team for your great work in providing the loan to buy our new "old" house. I don't think we could have stayed the course during the difficult and lengthy purchase process with the selling California bank without your personal steadfastness and professional acumen. You gave us encouragement when we needed and counsel when appropriate. You ensured we understood the process and were aware of the status of things at all time. And then, when we were at the end of a generous "lock period" you saw to it that we were able to maintain our initial loan rate at no additional cost or trouble until we were able to conclude the purchase.

Thanks again for a great job and if ever we need additional mortgage help you and Evergreen Home Loans will be the first we call.
