City Encourages Gig Harbor Residents To Support NW Furniture Bank during April Furniture Drive

Gig Harbor and peninsula residents are encouraged to support NW Furniture Bank during the April Furniture Drive.

Gig Harbor’s Harbor Covenant Church will be sponsoring furniture drive on Monday & Tuesday, April 22 and 23, from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Harbor Covenant Church is located at 5601 Gustafson Drive, Gig Harbor.

Pierce County’s NW Furniture Bank provides furniture and other household items to families in need around the county including in the greater Gig Harbor area. To do this they rely on donations from the community and Harbor Covenant Church works continually with NW Furniture Bank donating money, volunteer hours and furniture. 

New and gently used furniture and household items will be accepted at Harbor Covenant Church by volunteers on Monday April 22 and Tuesday April 23 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Gig Harbor area residents are encouraged to bring dressers, dining sets, chairs and couches as well as pots, pans, silverware.
