Shorecrest Community Sewer System Public Meeting for a Bi-Monthly Rate and General Charge Establishment

At the regularly scheduled January 23, 2012 City Council Meeting, Council was presented with the first reading on an ordinance establishing a standalone bi-monthly rate and general facility charge for the Shorecrest Community Sewer System.

At this meeting staff will present to the homeowners a summary of the rate analysis that was performed arriving at the recommended bi-monthly rate and general facility charge as well as to answer any questions the homeowners may have. View Rate Analysis

Formal adoption of the bi-monthly rate and general facility charge is scheduled for the second reading of this Ordinance at the next regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on February 13, 2012 which begins at 5:30 pm. All are welcomed and encouraged to attend and provide Public Comment at both the February 6th public meeting as well as the February 13th City Council meeting.
