On Sunday, Democrats in Gig Harbor and across the state will gather for precinct caucuses, where they’ll select their presidential nominee, discuss party platform issues and elect delegates to the next tier of conventions, culminating with the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, N.C.
