Here’s a picture from a “Kilmer at Your Company” event I held at Carlson Formetec, an employer in downtown Tacoma with more than 40 employees working in commercial and defense aerospace. During “Kilmer at Your Company” events, I typically receive a tour or speak briefly with the heads of the business, but I’m also accessible to the employees as well so I can hear what’s on their minds.
