I'm not going to speculate, either way. All I know is Congressman Derek Kilmer, D-WA, posted this picture on his official Facebook page, which has some other great photos from the other Washington. Snapshots of Pres. Barack Obama and Rep. John Boehner are nice, but Steven Colbert? Darn near priceless.
