On Monday, Jan. 21, President Barack Obama will be sworn in for his second term as president.
Actually, his official swearing in will take place in private the day before, on Jan. 20, as set out in the Constitution. But since Jan. 20 is a Sunday, the inaugural festivities will be delayed by one day, as is traditional, to Jan. 21.
Starting at 8:30 a.m. Pacific time, viewers of the Presidential Inauguration will be treated to all the pomp and circumstance they could want, including a ceremonial swearing in, inaugural address, parade and national anthem sung by Beyonce.
The inauguration will be carried on all major networks.
Obama's first inauguration stirred up a lot of excitement, but that may have ebbed somewhat for his second term. Do you plan to watch the inauguration?
