Feeling as healthy as you want to feel is a journey not a destination.
Are you feeling as healthy and balanced as you would like to be feeling? It does not happen overnight does it? It takes patience and self-compassion to sustain the courage to believe that you can make the lifestyle changes you need to make to feel more vibrant. A place to start could be to simply be mindful all the decisions you make each day. Perhaps just wait to make a lifestyle change--for now just be mindful. How many of your decisions go towards better health and how many do not?
