Though the weather was a far cry from what summer should be like, the Gig Harbor Summer Arts Festival was still fun and offered some of the most talented folks around the Puget Sound and outside the area as well.
This was my first time enjoying the festival as a resident of Gig Harbor. I remember going to it one summer when we lived in Port Orchard. I was so surprised to see a vendor that we had seen at a Kirkland Farmer's Market: the Lillee of the Valley Soaps and Lotions.
They have some of the best products. As we talked to various artists, we noticed that they all confirmed that this festival was one of the most popular and draws very talented folks. From jewelry to paintings, each booth has you in awe!!

I have to agree.... the quality of each of their work was top notch. The choice of Judson Street is perfect because it doesn't interfere with the downtown area at all. Its nice to be able to become familiar with the various stores there as well. It's truly a highlight of July!
