I Love Gig Harbor's Own Christmas Shoppe!

At this time of the year, it goes without saying that you have to check out a shop that specializes in All Things Christmas! I had wanted to go to all year round so today was the perfect time.

What I love about this place is that you don't find the regular Christmas paraphernalia that you find at Target or Walmart. Here, you find specialty items like Glass Ornaments, special glass birds, Russian Mataruska Dolls, crystal necklaces, and of course, soldiers, German made nutcrackers, Santas, and Nativity sets.

When you walk in there, you feel like you have been instantly transported to the North Pole (without the freezing temps). I think every adult needs a "kid moment" in their lives and this would be one of them.

They are open 361 days of the year, have three floors of Christmas items and even feature stuff for Halloween. It's a fun place to go, especially this time of year.
