The end is near! At least in WA state! Besides being voted the No. 1 Harbor in the U.S., Gig Harbor and the surrounding Puget Sound area is once again in the news all over the place.
For what? Our snow event. Granted, it is a lot of snow, but many other places have experienced the same thing. The Dakotas, Minnesota, Alaska, Vermont. It's a regular happening for them. For us, not so much.
Lately, the winters have been more intense. I thought we would escape winter this year, but it came upon us in full force! And when it does, we make the news. Even YouTube.
This one pastor who posts regularly called it Snowmageddon. I guess 12-14 inches of snow is epic proportions. Unless you travel to Nome, Alaska.
