Bully React: John Rosi Placed on Administrative Leave

The teacher involved in the bullying incident at Kopachuck Middle School has been placed on paid administrative leave.

The Peninsula School District has placed middle school teacher John Rosi on paid administrative leave, according to KING 5.

On Wednesday, the Gig Harbor parents claimed their son was . They released a cell phone video showing the teen being held down by other students.

On Thursday, the district briefly placed its ,  and  middle schools into .

The incident happened 6 months ago at Kopachuck Middle School. Soon after, Rosi was given a 10-day suspension and was removed from the classrooms. 

Rosi was reassigned to teach seventh- and eighth-grade math at Harbor Ridge Middle School this year, KING 5 reports.
