Adventures in Sushi Rolling**with Chef Toby Kim In this sushi rolling class you will build on your basic rolling skills from our last class (there will be a briefing, so don't worry if you didn't take the first class!) Toby Kim will teach you the secret of perfect, light tempura; how to roll fillings on the outside of your roll with Caterpillar and Dragon rolls.
We will focus on the cooking techniques for soft shell crab and tempura shrimp and vegetables with our advanced rolling techniques.
