A weekly drop-in group meets on Wednesday nights in a safe and encouraging environment for learning and cultivating peace of mind. The group is led by a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist offering practice ideas and materials, the opportunity to discuss and process them, as well as generous amounts of time for meditation practice.
