Great public schools require collaborative support by residents, business and community leaders and diverse organizations. The PSEF breakfast is the group's only fundraiser of the year and the money raised is used to fund Peninsula School District teacher’s grant applications for innovative projects and curriculum enhancements that benefit students directly.

Along with keynote speaker Dr. Bland, teacher and Hands on Art supporter KJ Colombini, a recent grant recipient, will address the audience about the success of this innovative art program. Founder and Hands On Art Board president, Marla Morgan will also speak.
