PHS to Host State High School Radio Conference

Peninsula High School grad and Northwest Cable News anchor Greg Copeland will serve as this year's keynote speaker.

The announced Thursday that , home of , will be hosting the annual Washington State High School Radio Awards and Conference on Thursday, May 17. 

More than 200 high school broadcasters, from six Washington high schools, are expected to attend. The one-day program involves guest speakers from within the broadcast industry, student seminars, lunch and a closing ceremony featuring awards in 11 industry-related categories. 

Northwest Cable News anchor Greg Copeland, a Peninsula High School grad, will serve as this year’s keynote speaker.
