Smile, It's the First Day of School ... Upload Your Photos Here

Peninsula School District kids will be packing their backpacks for the first day of school on Tuesday. Click on the "upload photos" button below and share your cutest shots.

Who is more nervous, the kindergartender on the first day of school or that child's parent? Often there are tears from both parties.

Through those misty eyes, many moms and dads will take some photos of the big occasion. Those shots will be savored forever, so don't forget to snap a few.

We invite you to share your photos with the community and make your kid feel extra special by uploading their pictures to this story. Feel free to include your child's name, grade and school with the picture.

Here are some easy ways you can submit your photos:

  1. You can post directly to this article. Click on the "Upload Photos and Videos" tab above, choose the photo you would like to upload and then include your child's name, grade and school in the caption of the photo. Feel free to include any "good luck" message or words of encouragement in the caption.

Have a great school year!
