 Gig Harbor  See map

During this week campers will explore the vast terrains of the Key Peninsula and experience a variety of activities designed to inform and enrich their lives as stewards of our environment. Activities include: a giant canoe trip, ropes courses, beach combing, exploring a local farm, hikes, geocaching, recycled art, and a variety of other fun things. This camp will teach behavior for our natural world and inspire sound decisions that are in balance with the human and natural environments.

This camp is organized and supervised by Pierce CountyEnvironmental Educators and staff from Key Pen Parks, and is supported by Camp Seymour.

A few weeks before the start of the program campers will receive a camp schedule, participant information form, permission slip, and a list of what campers need to bring each day.

Each day is at a different location on the Key Peninsula, Camp Seymour will transport us to each day’s destination.
