This is not your typical health fair and you do not want to miss the action. In conjunction with National Night Out and the Gig Harbor Police Department, the Cheney Family Boys & Girls Club and Backbone Restored will be presenting a plethora of health topics and activities. Some will include child car seat inspections, dental screenings, bounce house, activities for kids of all ages, Tai Chi for seniors, health care vendor booths, chair massage, nature walks, and mini workshops on a variety of topics. Screenings for body fat, lean muscle, cellular health, proper hydration/electrolyte balance and spinal alignment will be available.
