Martelli, a University Place native, was part of the U.S. women's rowing team that won the bronze in the quadruple sculls event at the London Olympics.

Parents, imagine how you would feel if you saw your child on the medal stand at the Olympics.

Well, Gail Martelli of University Place got to experience it in London, when daughter Adrienne made her way to the stand last week.
