Community Update

We have been quite busy getting this house remodeled and moved in. I believe I speak for Katy as well as myself when I say, we are extremely satisfied and elated with what an outstanding job Scott did for us.

We hit a few roadblocks along the way. Scott's knowledge and expertise found a way around those and in doing so, kept us on track and on time with closing. With a short window of time, Scott mastered the loan process for us and we think his skills, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile is incredible.

Scott did all the work, and although it was somewhat stressful for us, there is no way we could have attained a loan with that little effort, without him. My brother recommended Scott to us, and he was absolutely right in doing so.

I was speaking with another loan officer a few days ago about some construction work I am into, and he asked about my recent home purchase. I was quick to pull the sun out of the clouds and throw a rainbow out with Scott'sname on them. I told him what a great job he did, and he recognized by my description of the process, what a skilled professional Scott is!

I cant say I know a lot about financial and real estate. I can say, though, that I will be passing Scott's name along as often as I can.

Katy and I are very appreciative of Scott and his team's efforts and hope we can send a lot of business his way!
