Community Update

I had an awesome experience buying my home with Scott and his team at Evergreen Home Loans. He was great throughout the entire process. It didn't matter what time it was or what day of the week it was, Scott answered my calls and emails and made sure I had whatever I needed to bid on my home. He even drove to meet me at the house on the day of the inspection to sign documents because I was on crutches and couldn't drive. He worked hard in getting the loan application done and we closed in less than 30 days.
I looked at many homes over a 4 month period. It didn't matter how long it took Scott assured me I would find the right one and I never felt pressured to buy, nor did he make me feel silly when I asked questions. Scott and his team were great, I would definitely recommend him to anyone trying to buy a home, and if I ever buy another home, he will be the person I call!
