According to the “horse-friendly” schedule, a breakfast of premium grain is served at 6am, followed by top timothy and alfalfa around 9am. The horses then get turned out until 4pm and have dinner around 5pm. Someone watches over the horses 24 hours a day. Paddock Wood Farm is proud to say it is the only farm in Gig Harbor with real trails, which are grandfathered in.

While most saddle-makers think that "changing the socks" will solve the problem, Pam knows different. She meets with her customer and uses a series of templates to find the perfect fit for horse and rider. She also helps the customer determine the desired style and design of saddle. She then sends the measurements and information to skilled saddle-makers throughout the country, including several Amish craftsmen. The craftsmen she uses depend on the type of saddle required. The result is a beautifully crafted, perfectly fitted saddle. Although Pam specializes in saddles, she can also help you with bridles or other riding equipment. And, she is reasonably priced.
