Volunteer Park & Discovery Golf Course

For residents of the Key Peninsula, Volunteer Park is the home of good times and good memories. Located next to KeyMore Peninsula Middle School off of Key Peninsula Highway, Volunteer Park offers two sports fields, a skate park, picnic shelters, horseshoe pits and walking trails. There is also a nine-whole frisbee golf course on the grounds.</p> <p>Volunteer park hosts several events throughout the year, including Key Peninsula Little League games and the annual Key Peninsula Fair. The park was built in 1977 and is administered by Key Pen Parks.  Contact the park for information on hosting private events or reserving picnic pavillions.</p>

The district is dedicatedMore to the preservation and improvement of community parks and recreational activities. In addition to park and trail maintenance, the district runs recreational programming for adults and children in the community as well as giving out grant money to community groups.
