To reach the island, people must use a boat or kayak. Campers can stay on the island but need to reserve a spot through the state parks website.</p> <p>Campers and visitors can enjoy watching seal pups which call the island home (remember to stay at a safe distance). The island does have poison oak so be aware. Standard campsites are $19. There are no amenities on the island, but a small store is located northeast of the water's edge. There are eight buoys for moorage, fees do apply. This is a pack-in, pack-out park so bring garbage bags.</p>
