Katie Wright, Neighbor

I am a wife and mother who is so blessed to be living in this amazing and quaint town of ours.

I have been a resident since April 2009 and plan to grow roots here in Gig Harbor. I am an ex-army brat who has lived all over the United States, but I am proud to call the Pacific Northwest my home.

After completing my prerequisites for nursing school at Oregon State University, I moved to Phoenix for nursing school. Just two weeks after my move down south, I met my husband, Brad, and married him six months later.

We owned and operated a sign and print company for six years in Arizona. We sold our company in order to make the move to Gig Harbor so that my husband could open an insurance business here in town. 

Now I love being a mom and enjoy meeting new people while learning about what makes Gig Harbor so special. I enjoy cooking vegan/vegetarian cuisine, eating, movies, wake boarding, skiing, playing poker and spending time with my family.
