Jeffery's artisitic talent is such an amazing gift to our Gig Harbor Cresent park and it deeply concerns me that this beautiful carving of that over 100 year old Red Cedar Stump should carefully be protected, not only from the climate conditions but also vandals that have plagued the new Tacoma Waterfront Park.
