Great Escape: Healthy Reflections Day Spa

Healthy Reflections Medical and Day Spa, located in the Multicare Gig Harbor Medical Park, offers an escape from your ordinary day. From the moment you check in with the accommodating staff and are handed a luxurious robe and slippers, there is an air of relaxation that permeates your visit to the spa. As Healthy Reflections states, “Enjoy science integrated with a hint of decadence for a holistic, safe experience.”

In addition to the multitude of medical services provided, the facility offers a full menu of special treatments available to the general public. The services include a variety of spa facials ranging from the mini-facial ($40) to the anti-aging treatment ($100) to the Signature Aroma Facial ($115.) Experience a decadent manicure or pedicure with exfoliation, paraffin treatment and tension-melting massage for $25 to $50.

Be sure to arrive early for your treatment so you can truly unwind in the Quiet Lounge with a cup of its signature tea while your masseuse treats you to a heated neck wrap and incredible foot soak. In addition to the general massage offerings of Swedish (60 minutes for $75) and Deep Tissue (90 minutes for $110), the day spa also offers unique options like the Blissful Maternity (60 minutes for $85) and the Heated Shellatsu (90 minutes for $120) which is a signature treatment that utilizes heated shells and pressure points for maximum relief. 

Healthy Reflections, which was voted “Best Spa in Gig Harbor” by the Peninsula Gateway Readers, also offers Spa Packages and Group Events for the ultimate pampering experience. Consider the Spa Sampler ($225) for more than three hours of luxury and “Me Time” including an exfoliating salt glow, therapeutic massage, beauty facial and expert-delivered makeup application.

One of the greatest features of Healthy Reflections that makes it a great escape for busy moms is the daycare service provided by the YMCA-staffed childcare center housed in the Multicare Facility for children between 6 months and 6 years of age. The service is only $3 an hour, which is charged in 15-minute intervals. Punch cards for the nursery are available for purchase in the Hospital Gift Shop or at Healthy Reflections.
